Stephanie said, "If we could go to the park together in about maybe 20 minutes?" She asked. She closed her eyes and waited for an answer. -

He relaxed after hearing her offer. "Sure, Steph," he agreed. "I have to go now, but I'll see you there in twenty minutes." Phillip shut off the phone and looked out the window. The park was only a five minute walk from his house, no sweat there. -

"Okay!" She hung up the phone and let a big breath of relief. Finally. She changed into some jeans her hoodie and walked out the door and to the park. Soon she arrived there and began looking for him. -

Phillip was all set for the occasion. He grabbed his jacket and headed out of his house, not bothering to tell his parents where he was going. He walked to the park. As soon as he got there, he caught site of her. -

Stephanie waved her hand in the air. "Here!" She said and caught up with him. -
Phillip shoved his hands into his jacket pockets, staring at her. She wasn't half bad looking.. And he liked her figure. He wondered why she had called. He stayed silent.

Stephanie smiled. "So where should we go?" She asked.

Phillip looked at the trees. "We can go anywhere.." He murmured. "I don't mind. I mean, I don't really go out."

She shrugged. "Well I have no idea where to go," she said.

Phillip bit his lip, looking out at the city. "We could.. Go to a mall." He suggested.

She nodded. "Sure," she said.

Phillip awkwardly held out a hand to her. He had no need to say anything. He hoped he wasn't freaking her out.

Steph took it and glanced away a little.

He gently pulled her onto the sidewalk. "So, how are you?"
