Miranda stood out side of the door with some random new kid in one of the classes. The girl was talking about something but she wasn't listening Ember where are you? She thought.
"Oh we could go to the mall, and stare at cute guys." Miranda looked at the girl.Do I like that kind of person? At that Ember walked out of the building.
"I'd love to in all but we have to get home." Miranda grabbed Embers arm and ran towards their house. After a few minutes she stopped.
"Ow, That hurt."
"Sorry, lets get home before mom and dad find out we were late." -
Alice stood, patiently waiting. May, on the other hand was practically jumping out of her skin anxiously.
"Where are they?!" May asked.
"They're probably just late." Alice replied, flatly.
"Oh," May said, quietly. Alice was acting as emotionless as usual. -
Miranda ran. "Why are you running?" Asked panting Ember.
"'Cause Alice will be pissed that we're late."
"Alice doesn't get mad."
"Hurry up Ember." Miranda said turning the corner on to their street. She ran tell she didn't hear Ember.
"Come on, Ember. We're home." She yelled. "Sorry someone took forever." -
May spotted Ember and Miranda. "Yay! Mira and Em are back!" she shouted. Then she turned and ran into the house.
Alice almost smiled. The door wasn't even locked. No matter how awesome their parents were, they forgot the strangest things.
Alice approached Ember. "Is there a reason you were late?" she asked, a bit of humor in her voice. -
"Yeah, Ember can't learn to hurry up when she gets ready to come home. And she can't run, fast or long." Miranda smiled at her sister and then stood beside her an waited for Ember. She took a deep breath."We're not that far away from the school we really need to get her in better shape, and do we really have to wait for her?"

"Let her get used to the run. She'll grow into it," Alice said.
May burst out the front door. "are you coming, guys!? Mom bought cookies!" May grinned and ran back inside.
"May might actually be sugar high later," Alice sighed. May was hard to handle when she got sugar high. And it didn't take much sugar to get her to that state.

Well I like cookies. Miranda walked inside. She plopped her bag down on the floor. She walked into the kitchen and grabbed cookies. She grabbed her bag and ran upstares. She pulled out her laptop and went online. Now all she had to do was waite till her parents went out for the office party. -
(we can do both. Rps are random so I wanted to do one with you. Wait, did that sound bad? .-.)
May sat at the table eating cookies. Alice walked inside. "May, I want a cookie too," Alice said, flatly.
May puffed up her cheeks a bit, "there's still enough for you," she said.
Alice smiled and took a cookie. Then her mom stood up and her dad came down the stairs. "We're leaving. That means that Alice is in charge," their mom said. "bye dears!" Then there parents left.
May frowned, "They must've been running late." -

Miranda watched her parents leave. She ran down the stares. When she reached the bottom Ember came through the door. Miranda grabbed her arm and ran into the kitchen. Time to check that room in the attic. She waited for the responce she knew that wouldn't be pleasant from Alice. -
May looked at Alice. "please, please, please, please, please, please, can we go into the attic?" she pleaded.
Alice looked at Miranda, then Ember, then May. "Only under my supervision," she replied.

A fun one, Miranda swallowed hard. Lets hope... She waited for Embers scared look. Then Miranda started to laugh.
It's some old room in the attic, calm down, Ember. She said through the laugh -
May skipped through the halls and into the room at the end of one. The door was older then the house looked. "The door to the attic is in here, right?"
Alice followed May. She shrugged. She didn't explore the house with the younger kids. She was usually working, so she heard about it from May. -

Nice joke. Ember looked closer at Miranda It's just a joke, Alice wouldn't let us go in a strange room without it being a joke. Would she? Um, Alice, -
Alice looked at Ember, "what is it?" she asked.
May ran over to the wall and started pushing a dusty bookshelf to the side. "It's... Heavy..." she mumbled. Finally she saw the button. May slammed we hand onto the button and a wooden staircase folded out from the ceiling and lead into the attic. May grinned. -

To the attic..? She said more a question than a statement. She looked into the attic and all she saw was darkness.
