geo walked over to her casually, a uneaten sandwich in his hands. when he arrived, he grabbed a sturdy branch with the unarmed hand and pulled himself up. "you want a fresh sandwich? it must get boring up here, right?" he said, trying to start conversation. -
Avia glanced behind her and saw a guy. She recognized him as one of the people guarding the gates. Avia glanced at the sandwich and gingerly took it, "Thanks. And tell me about it. Maybe it's just me, but I don't see the point of guarding this much." Whenever Avia said that, she got scolded. So once more wouldn't hurt. Avia took a bite into the sandwich. It tasted good.

"yeah. that king doesnt even dare come at us when we are in home territory. what a coward, the feind.." geo frowned. "hey, me and you could spar or train and ditch this guarding stuff. if anyone has somthing to say about it, they can talk to me." he states, hopping down and landing firmly.

Avia paused her eating process when she heard the guy agree with her. Someone actually agreed with her? Today was getting interesting. Avia quickly finished her sandwich and hopped down the branches, landing almost gracefully on the ground She lifted the hem of her skirt slightly in a mock curtsy. "I accept the challenge," she said with a fake formal tone.

Geo smiled broadly with delight. He walked over to the training cove, a large dent in the island with a flat bottom. Its was rocky, with some moss on the rocks and grass here and there, lastly a waterfall on the side of the largest mountain. "Are you ready?" He asked.

Avia followed him to the training cove. She looked area. The area had its own natural beauty. It was nice. Avia grinned. "I'm ready when you are," she replied. This was defiantly more fun then watch duty.

i shift into a sturdy position, the smooth rock under me allowing me to glide over it. "begin." i charge at her, my fist pulled back and my arm blocking a portion of my body.

Avia took a quick, deep breath. She closed her eyes, "I am agile. My weapon is an extension of my body. My weapon has two blades that represent my will and power," Avia opened her eyes just as he approached her. "Lancer!" Avia finished. Her outfit was replaced with a dark blue leotard. A loose light blue half skirt (like it was cut in half and only the back part was left) that reached a bit lower then her knees went over it. Black sandles appeared on her feet. Her hair went into a ponytail. A 5-foot lance appeared in her hands. At the last second, Avia jumped out of the way of his attack.

i urk and react fast. i slam my fist into the rocky ground, causing a large crack to split the dent in half. lava start spewing from it from time to time in random spots. i start running along the edge of the crack, charging once again at her.

Avia took a second to catch her breath. Lancer took a lot of mana. Even more then usual because she wasn't holding Lancer's card at the moment. Avia readied the lance and waited a second. Two seconds. Then she ran forward, lance in position.

i suddenly shift my position, my elbow plated armor now flying torwards her lance. if i can deflect her lance, i can land a blow to the stomach.

Avia continued her charge. She couldn't stop now. So she kept running. Avila hoped that the strength boost that Lancer gave her would be enough to penetrate his armour.

we collide, but it wasnt what i expected. we deflected off of eachother, each of us flying back. "my armor is made of meteor plates, and glazed in dry dragon blood. a lance cannot penitrate it." i inform her. i glance at the shoulder pad, only a tiny scracth on it. suddenly, a large explosions sounds. "what in the name of the king was that?"
