These people at a school get kidnapped and find out they have powers, so they go to a different school for kids with powers, and it turns out the guy that runs the power school is using the magic kids against the world and stuff to dominate over the humans and take over, so the two kids cause an "accidental" explosion/escape and go and find the evil dude and stuff.)

How about
A couple of students are sucked in to different story books by a witch, like possible nursery rhymes or Disney stories and stuff like twilight too. Some being manga like DBZ or Yugioh and pokemon and such. They travel from each book trying to find ways back to their world before the next full moon?? Idk)) -
