She blinked and swore lowly. She wasn't suppose to give him a nickname, oh well. She walked to her room and closed the door. She then crawled onto the bed and curled up under the blankets.

He fell asleep again quickly in his own room.

She stayed up the rest of the night to see the light pour through a window. She blinked lightly and sat up, hearing her stomach growl. She sighed and got up out of her room and went to the kitchen. "hm..." She rummaged through the cabinets. She grabbed a pan and found some eggs in the fridge. She broke one and started to cook it, it started to burn quickly. "Wow...maybe I still am a terrible cook." It started to smoke and catch fire.

He was sleeping peacefully until he started to smell smoke. He got up and walked over to the door, positive he was imagining it. When he walked out to the kitchen, he found Cassie and her failed breakfast attempt. He wasn't entirely sure how to deal with the situation, so he grabbed the pan with the flaming egg and put it in the sink, then turned on the water until the fire was out.

She sighed. "Sorry I didn't feel like bothering you to make me breakfast...so I tried to do it myself." She crossed her arms. "So...sorry for making a egg catch on fire, I didn't know it was possible."

A long string of Slaorian swears rolled quickly from his tongue. While he was the only one in the house to understand, it helped with his anger. He took a few deep breaths and looked at her. "I'll make our breakfast. Do you drink coffee?"

She heard what she supposed was his language come out of his mouth in anger. She looked at the ground. "Yeah..I drink coffee."

"I'll start making some. Did you get any sleep?" he asked as he started to brew the coffee.

"Yeah I got some sleep." She lied perfectly. She didn't get any sleep, she was awake the whole night.

"You look exhausted." He let the coffee brew and moved on to preparing food as she'd tried to do. "Sorry for yelling... I know you were trying to help."

"I'm not exhausted. I'm just fine, I slept perfectly fine." She watched him. "It's fine...I'm used to getting yelled at."

His shoulders dropped as he heard the last part, and he frowned. "You shouldn't be."

She frowned. "Look I'm fine with it alright? We are done with the whole ordeal." She started to walk to her bathroom. "Now I'm going to go take a shower. Don't bother me." She closed the door quickly making it sound like it slammed. She sighed and started to get the shower really.

He sighed. "Humans are... strange."

She got into the shower and sighed happily. A shower...that's what she needed. She washed her hair quickly and scrubbed herself raw. She then got out and dried herself off and put the clothes she had back on, since she didn't have any other clothes to wear. She walked back out with her hair damp and clinging to her.
