Time to change this around...
Alexis looked at the trembling walker with horror. It didn't have a shirt on, and it's pants were badly burnt, it seemed as though they were burnt into it's skin. It's skin was burnt horribly, what-ever of it remains is charred. She pushed against the desk, and sneakily crept by to her father's desk. "Dad! There's a zombie near the back-door." She whispered. She was pretty sure neither the raging woman or aloof young boy seen or heard her.

"Jakes my 12 year old brother and i'm lilly." She smiled at jake. Jake smiled back. "jake you should go get like 2 hours of sleep you will need it." Lilly said in a sweet voice. Jake went over in a close by corner sit sleep. Lilly gave him a sleeping bag.

(How about instead of changing day-time to night-time and vice-versa per page, we do it per five pages? So, on page 15, it'd be night-time? I just feel that days are passing too quickly.)
Jerry kept his standing position, but now slightly more relaxed. "Sleep? Here? No. Can't you see? *Points out a window on his right*" The sun was rising, and it was roughly 11:00 - 2:00 P.M now. There was a hoard, roughly 100, of walkers. He then heard a tiny whisper from behind. It was Alexis. Apparently, a walker was behind them. Followed by 3 others. He turned behind and pointed directly at one of them.
Alexis then quickly ducked underneath a small desk. It had walls to the east, west, and north with a half-rotten key-board above, so the others shouldn't see her. She hold her breath. -
(Ok are there zombies in the room?)

(Yah, 1 zombie is and 3 more walkers are about to join in. A hoard of 100 is slowly approaching east of the building. The hoard is about half a mile away.)
