Lexi loveheart NewbieKaty woke up that morning to the girls in the cabin laughing and joking around. She sighed and sat up. Miranda one of the girls did a front flip off the top bunk of the bed. She sicked it with a soft tap of a landing, she turned to Katy her bright perfectly straight red hair flipped to the side her emerald eyes stared at her. "Morning." She said with her strong southern ascent.
"It's morning? I missed the camp fire?"
"Yeah." she walked away and then jumped on one of the trapeze on the ceiling. They had a couple trapeze on the ceiling they were held up by metal chains, and the bar was metal. She sat up on one with Sasha, and Lacy. "So what happened with Percy? Annabeth looked pretty mad last night."
"She slashed him, Right?" Said Lacy. Katy nodded. An evil smile crept on Lucy's face. "I see."
"I've got a question we've never asked." Spoke Sasha. "What happened before you came? We never did ask." She said looking at the girls. Katy Sighed and pulled on her boots and jacket. She stood up. And ran towards the door and jumped she propped her self on a bar. "The entertaining stuff started went I was eight. My dad got diagnosed with cancer." -

" After a little over a month he could barley walk, so they made him go. So then my dads old friend Candy, Payed for most of everything like the bills and food for me. Mainly cause I refused to move with her. I hated the burden of being in debt to her. So I cut down on everything food, lights/electricity, extra sports anything. Later that year I found that wasn't enough, I went and begged one of the restaurant owners if their was anything I could do. And in our small town everyone knew about my dad. He told me I could wash dishes and to come back at eight every night, so I did. It got me something but not enough so i took up a paper route which was most of the town. After I thought my self guitar. And played in front of the park everyday after school. When I was 13 a little girl came out side everyday after school and listened to me everyday. Through all this time I was all ways excluded from everything at school, everybody left me out. But the main girl Emily was the worst of all. So one day the little girl wasn't there for a wile and then she came out with her mom. The mom really seamed happy, when I was done she came up to me and said 'Everyday my daughter comes out and listens to you for hours and she's told me your glasses slip sometimes when you play. So I made you this.' That's when I got the glasses thing that keeps them on my head. I think I told her ten thousand times she didn't need to but she told me she had four girls and two little boys and me getting one of her children out of the house that it was great. So around now I'm probably just 14. Emily went missing for about nine months they found her body in the park one day and they had know idea what killed her. One day It was a few weeks before my 15 birthday and I got a call from the hospital , so I went in and my father died. Later I left not knowing what would happen, I walked across the street and I felt a thud at my side everything went black. I woke up in the infirmary, Percy and Annabeth were fighting I looked over and saw the sword with a note attached it said [i] Look she'll keep you alive when you need it most and she'll be there when no one else will. keep her safe Love you Katy. Talk to you later Mom. After that you know." She stared at the girls and jumped of the bar and walked for the door. -
