He stood around and looked for guards from the thing. An hour had past and he started to walk to the book store. He looked around and spotted Rona quickly. He walked over and placed his hand on her shoulder.

She instinctively froze the motion of the body that touched her. When she looked up, she noticed it was Daniel. "Oh, sorry." She unfroze him.

He blinked lightly and glanced around quickly. "you have to stop doing that. Someone might see you." He took her hand gently. "Lets go. Beth should be done with the thing by now."

"I doubt the owner of the store would care, I helped her reshelve a bunch of books earlier, using magic." She stood, put away the book, and followed him outside.

He sighed lightly and started walking. "But still alot of people...don't like magic still. If someone saw you'd be burned at a stake." He walked back to the jewel store and then to the back of the place he knocked. Beth came back with a small grin on her face. "Here you go 40,000 silver coins and something extra." He blinked lightly and took the coin bag from her.

She waited until Beth was gone to respond. "I could escape. Then we'd both have a bounty on our our heads."

He nodded lightly and opened the bag. "That...little." He pulled out a silver necklace with a blue diamond on the end. "I think this is yours." He held out the necklace to her.

She stared at the necklace, not really sure how to respond. "Um... thanks, I think. She really shouldn't have done that."
How the hell do you accept jewelry -
(dunno, I'm not very girly so I don't know.)
"she does alot of weird things, just take it." He blinked. " Need help putting it on?" -
She shrugged. "Sure. I personally think it'd look much better on you, though."

He rolled his eyes. "Hilarious." He moved her hair out of the way and clipped the necklace on her. "hm...I say it looks nicer on you. It's too girly for me."

"What would make it manly enough for you?" she asked.

He shook his head lightly. "I don't wear jewelry other than my master ring." He pulled a chain from under his shirt and a ring was on the end of it. The ring was gold with a red stone on it. A gold symbol was in scripted on it.

"That's actually a cool ring." She smiled, looking at it.

He smiled. "My master gave it to me when I finished my training with him." He looked around. "Come on we better get going."
