i sit on the ground below an apartment, cars zooming past the alleyway in which i rest, stargazing.

Perched in the open window, Anise gazed down at the city below. Her eyes were wide in amazement at the immense size of it all. She wondered what it was like out there. Of course, she'd never leave, though. She loved her owner dearly.

i feel a bit of dirt fall om my face, and i shake it off. i look up, and see a cat out the window and looking out into the city. beside her was a flower pot, so she must have slightly knocked it over.

Oblivious to the world, she looked up at the sky, wondering what it was like to fly.
Her tail flicked back and forth as she imaged soaring through the clouds. She giggled at the thought. -
i start to climb the stairs that lead up to eac floor. "hello, houseccat. you look quite nice and slender for a human raised cat..." i say, trying to woo her with my words. (gtg. eyes are sleepy brb tommorkw at night)

"And you look less worse for wear then most other alley cats I've encountered." She sniffed, not really meaning it. She began to back back up into the house.
