What if there was a world where to find your true love, the only thing you had to do was touch them? Well in a certain society this has become real, and not just a thought. In Illinay you are not allowed to touch your partner until the second month you have been dating. If you were meant to be you will feel warmth and comfort at the touch. If you are not meant to be it will leave a scar for the next two months on your side, or until you find your true love.
Two teens (boy and girl), who are best friends, are still searching for their true loves. When the girl just gets out of a relationship that was not meant to be, she is a mess. She really thought that he was the one. She mopes around and one day when the guy tries to cheer her up, she stumbles and falls into him, causing them to realize that they are meant to be. The problem is, he is in a relationship that has lasted for almost two months. -
