Nick heard a gruff voice shouting some-thing in the gym room. He followed the directions on his folded school invitation papers. He eventually landed in the gym, and seen every-body sitting in in-side bleachers. Although, he went through the door in the middle of them all. He looked awkward, and felt distant in-side. Where was he supposed to go? Should he ask a student? The suited gruff man in front of a microphone? He decided with the latter.

XShidoKusubanaX NewbieScott shrugged at the announce. "A welcome back dance?... Sounds lame." He said with a yawn. He looked over to the exchange student and raised a brow. She seemed happy about it? He wondered who she's gonna go with, if anyone. Oh well, that wasn't his business.
"Ah yes! Continue on to class now!" Everyone arose from their seat and headed out the door. Scott slowly rose from it but didn't walk yet. -
Cass stood up and jumped off the top of the bleachers, landing on her feet. She thought about what the principal had said. A welcome back dance. Cass probably wouldn't have a date. She didn't really want a date. But it would be fun to dress up. Cass opened her locker again and took out her books.

Before Nick had a chance, the announcement was over. "Great." He whispered to him-self. Now he barely knew any of it other than a "Welcome back dance". He thought they might of already had it, considering he was a month late, the 'New Kid'. Now, he knew no-body, hardly knew what was going on, and he just felt... Very lonely on the in-side, striking him. Making him almost puke.

She sends her apologies, and asks you to wait for her return.
