Ok, like this. A man is just wandering around in real life, doing his job, doing his bills, doing his wife, etc.. BUT, he is editing a magazine article about a brand new serial killer that supposedly 'wakes people up' by killing them. Eventually, the serial killer ends up hunting for the man to wake him up, but once he gets close to the man, the man's mind literally warps the world around him, like crazy hallucinations. Eventually, the man uses his... Hallucination to his side, and tries to put the serial killer down. For good. Got that?
