Cujo opened the cage door and threw the merman in. He closed the door and locked it. "Now stay little man." He showed his teeth. "Or I'll eat you alive."
May sighed. "Good." She looked at Damien. "I'll tell the men to come back and start working again. I'll also keep an eye on the merman too." Damien chuckled. "Don't try and hit on him alright May?" She rolled her eyes. "I won't." She walked out. Cujo came trotting back in. -
"CUJO~", Ara ran towards the large fox and tackle hugged him.
Avon sat in the corner of the cage, glaring hard at the bars. -
The poor fox fell over and blinked lightly. "Why....is she hugging me?" Damien shrugged and chuckled.
May walked over and tilted her head a bit. "Huh you don't look so scary after all." -
She giggled and nuzzled his cheek, "Cause, your so cute~", she threw a wink at Damien, "Hon, you got competition".
No, Avon was far from scary. He was actually pretty handsome, dark wavy hair that just touched his shoulders, deep set eyes and a little dimple when he smiled. The merman glanced up at the human, "Scary? I'm supposed to be scary?". -
Cujo blinked and turned smaller. He trotted over to Damien. "Sorry but you're not my type girl. Besides I have a mate at home waiting for me." His tail twitched. Damien blushed lightly.
She shrugged. "Well, sailors said mermen are scary. You couldn't even intimidate Damien, which I think is sad." She flashed a smile at him. -
"Awwwwe~", she pouted lightly, "Okay....Damien do you want to be my cuddle buddy?".
Avon sighed, "We're a very peaceful species...unless you take our mate". -
Damien smiled. "I would like that Ara. Very much."
May blinked slowly. "A mate...?" -
She smiled, "Wonderful", and running towards him she tackled him, laughing.
He shrugged, "Y'know, true love and all that other junk". -
He laughed lightly and hugged her tightly. He nuzzled her cheek.
She shook her head. "Doesn't sound too bad." She smiled lightly. "I'm May by the way." -
She purred happily and cuddled him.
He furrowed his thick eyebrows, "Named after a month? How peculiar...I'm called Avon". -
He smiled and kissed her forehead. "I'm glad he didn't take you away."
She huffed. "That's the second time someone has complained about me being named after a month. Its a common thing!" She blinked and blushed lightly. "Sorry ranting...um nice name Avon." -
She chuckled, "Think I'd let him?".
He laughed, "Oh its alright, rant all you like. Its very cute, little human". -
He cuddled her happily. "No I didn't think you would."
She blushed more and sighed. "I better get back to work and one, I'm not cute." She winked at him. "I'm adorable." She started to walk away. -
"Oh and...", grinning she slipped the ring off her finger and let it roll onto the floor.
He smirked watching her go, "Cute~". -
He smirked and kissed her cheek. "So I guess you're mine now?"
She rolled her eyes and giggled as she walked away. Not her fault she liked the guy. He waaas kinda good looking. She disappeared into the kitchen.
