He sighed softly and looked at the stair case. He slowly crept up the steps, cardio use as ever. He'd visit here often so there was holes his paws or feet had fallen through.
-
She crept after him, slowly and carefully. She trailed her hands up the ruined walls, avoiding the holes in the stairs.
-
He walked around, few doors where left standing or left at all. He knew if he looked in a closet he would find where a child burned. He walked into that room and nudged a black teddy bear that used to be brown.
-
She was starting to shake worse, her whole body practically vibrating. Stopping, she watched him walk around. She could have killed him too. Burned him with the rest. And yet somehow he had escaped...and now she had feelings for him; now she hated herself for what she'd done. "Jaxon, I-" She paused, her voice was shaking badly too, "I have to go." She turned and went back down the stairs as fast as she could without falling.
-
Jaxon frowned and watched her go then listened to her. He slowly trailed behind her before speeding up once it was safe from the stairs.
-
Flight didn't notice. She ran, as fast as she could. Away from the destroyed building and the pain she'd caused.
-
Jaxon sped up and shifted. "Flight!" He yelled.
-
Flight didn't respond. Didn't pause. Just ran. A couple times she felt herself trip--she still didn't know these woods well, and she was running blindly--before she was sprinting again, away. From Jaxon. From everything.
-
Huffing he eventually caught up to her and grabbed her by her waist. "Flight!" He yelled trying to pull her to him.
-
She jerked against him, panting. "Let go of me!" She screamed, wildly fighting against his arms.
-
Punch him or something xD)
Jaxon narrowed his eyes. "What the hell is wrong?" He yelled right back and didn't let go of her. -
Flight slammed her elbow into his stomach as hard as she could, wrenching away and whirling around to face him. "Don't f---ing touch me like that, ever again." She growled, and turned, stalking away from him. "I'm fine."
-
Jaxon looked at her and anger filled his face. "I'm sure Kay can help me with that." He growled, narrowing his eyes. He knew it was. Low blow and he didn't care. He shifted and took off.
-
Flight's body stiffened. She didn't turn, didn't move. Shouldn't have trusted him. Shouldn't have thought he was different. The thoughts ran through her mind as fast as racing water. And then she was crying, sobbing. She shifted and started to run again.
-
He ran, his legs shooting him across the grass and rocks. His hert pounded painfully in his chest as he ran.
