"Yup." Silver grabbed Jax's leash and hooked him up before leading him out into the lobby.

He did the same to Lucy and followed them out.

Silver paused at the car. "Want to walk there, or drive?"

He shrugged. "Walk?" He said handing her Lucy and then taking both boards in each hand.

Silver heeled both dogs, although it was a bit difficult to keep them in check. Soon enough they settled into a nice walk. "I've missed this."

He smiled. "Me too." He looked at the shops they passed and made a note to stop by after wards.

"How many kids do you want?" Silver asked, gently tugging Lucy back as she sniffed at a fire hydrant.

Zayn shrugged. "Two? Three?" He said dodging a little girl he almost knocked over.

"That's a good amount. Were you an older child, or...?" Silver pulled Jax back as he tried to pee on the same fire hydrant Lucy had.

"Yeah, just had a little sister." He shrugged. "She moved out to Africa to go help kid there or something like that." He sighed sadly.

"I'd like to meet her one day." Silver said, a bit surprised. She'd never heard him talk about her.

He shrugged and looked down at the ground. "We don't talk much anymore."

Silver sensed she was reaching a sensitive topic but pushed a bit more. "Why?"

"Well when my dad died, she blamed me. And I suppose it was my fault." He said sighing as they got closer to the beach. "We just never got along after that."

"You should try talking to her about it." Silver told him gently.
