"How you feeling?" He asked standing up.

"Good. Sleep well?" Silver pulled on a pair of fluffy socks.

"I'm stiff as a rock." He complained. "But I'm fine." He sighed and walked over to Vivian.

Silver walked over beside him. "Isn't she beautiful?"

"She's amazing. You did amazing." He said softly and smiled hugging her.

Silver put her head on his chest, allowing the baby to wrap one tiny hand around her finger. "Can't say the same for you, Mr. Pass-out-at-the-sight-of-blood."

He puffed and nipped her ear. "You try seeing what I did." He said making a face.

"I did see it, dear. I also endured the pain that came with it." She said with a playful huff.

He shivered. "Yuck.." He said quietly before pulling away to grab her bags. "You ready love?" He asked.

Silver nodded. "Yes. Very." She picked up Vivian, cradling her close.

"I'll pull the truck up." He lead her to the elevators but took the stairs instead, easily making it down before she did to head outside to his truck.

She smiled and signed out once she reached the first floor, checking with a nurse to make sure it was okay that she left.

He pulled his blue truck to the front of the hospital and got out to open the door for her. Zayn looked ready for a shower and another long nap. He sighed, watching the ocean. He missed the waves.

Silver walked outside and followed his gaze. "You know, you can go surfing whenever. And now that I don't resemble a whale, I can come with you again."
