-waves hand- Take him outside. Targets are on the other side of the barn.
Ben: Teach me what? -perks up- -
-Opens a portal, grabs a SCAR-H and a few magazines, and closes it. He waves for Ben to follow, and walks out-

*Watches them* How'd his parents die? *Voice is soft*

Ben: -follows after him, the door shutting behind him softly-
His father was a bad man. He got his family in a bunch of trouble and his mom kicked him out. But the gang came and hog tied Ben, his mom, and his sister. Turns out his dad betraid both clans. The vamps drained his mom, the wolves snapped his dad's neck. They both bit Ben and left him to struggle. The vamps took his sister away. -sighs softly- He could tell you more but you would have to talk to him. -
-Glances back- Ever shot an automatic rifle before? -approaches the targets-

*Stands, running a hand through her hair* Poor guy.

Ben: -looks eager- Nope. Can I? Ally said that if I mastered a sword first, guns would be easier.
-nods slowly- That's why he keeps trying to get lost in you. -looks at her- He wants a distraction from his reality. -stands and heads to the weapon room- -
*Looks a bit stricken* Ah...*Follows her silently*

I learned to make a mile shot before I learned a sword, kid. -Stops and sets the mags down- Okay, this is the selector switch. Now its on safe, you can't shoot. First is one shot per trigger pull, second is a two round burst, four is full out. You follow me so far?

Ben: I think so.
-grabs her black sword and sits at the table, cleaning it- Just teach him. That's all we can do for now. He'll live. -
-Hands it over- Let me see your grip and stance.

*Starts pacing again* Does he really...like me as much as he says he does? Or am I just a distraction, like you said?

Ben: -raises gun and aims it at the center of target but dosent put his finger on the trigger-
-shrugs- Honestly? I don't know. The kid asked me to stay out of his mind so I do. It might start out like that but.. I think the kid really does have a heart for you. -
-Walks around him. Shifts him so he's profile to the target- Always go profile, makes you a smaller target. -Backs up, satisfied- Okay, give me one round on target.
