It was his last hour and it was English. He huffed quietly as he half payed attention reay to get out of this 6th hour.

She rushed to math, her last class of the day. She looked oit of the window and it was raining. It was something she liked.

He almost fell asleep but managed to get through the notes and a test.

The bell rang and she put her stuff in the locker and made her way home. First she had to wait for Cole. While she was waiting she tilted her head torwards the sky.

He passed her on his way to his truck but didn't say anything. Sighing softly he started it up and went home. He blasted country music on the radio as he cruised around town.

She watched jace's car go by as he passed. Soon the bus came and she walked cole home. They jumped in puddles and talked about each others day. His was far more interesting than her's.

He parked at home but then got out an flipped hi hood over hi head and stuffed his hands into his pockets. He started to walk around town slowly.

She toke him to the park near the woods. It was their favorite place to talk. "Did you really have to spike that girl in the face?" he asked in awe. "Eh well, it's sort of part of the game." she said covering tthe guilt.

He kicke a rock down the street and passed the entrence of the park.

He stared at her hard for a moment. "Are you hiding something from me?" he asked leaning closer to her. "Nah bro. I tell you everything." she said in a cool way so he didn't get suspicious.

He stopped short. He saw someone running down the street and he slammed into Jace almost knocking him over. The air smells of wet dog. He ripped his arm but the guy wa already gone. "What the hell?" He grumbled rubbing his arm.

Cole studied her a bit then looked away. "I'm hungry." he complained. She thought for a bit. "I'll let you get three things from the gas station." she offered. "Fine." he said getting up. -
I meant hit or something I'm tired lol)
He shrugged and began walking again looking for something to do. -
Haha lol)
She held his hand as they toke a shortcut threw the woods. "Where are we going?" he asked dragging himself behind. "To the gas place or whatever." she said a little unsure. She never really came there with Cole. -
He went home instead and found his dad going over paper work. "Hey dad." He said softly. His dad looked up, a glass half full of amber liquid sat next to him. "Hey Jace." He sighed softly.
