"Want water, anything?" Ben asked, concerned about her.

She shook her head and crawled under his blankets feeling like a train had hit her. Squeezing her eyes shut tight she put her back to him to keep from wanting to take a taste.

Ben let her sleep, and laid down on the floor, releived she was okay.

She fell asleep quickly, relaxed now. She pulled his blanket up so it rested in her fist on her cheek that she laid on. Curling her knees in slightly her hair spilled across the bed like fresh ink. Every now and then she would twitch in her sleep or move or utter soft words as dreams good and bad played with her brain.

Ben slept calmly in the office chair next to her, waking whenever she made a somewhat loud noise.

She woke up at dawn and stretched out, momentarily confused at where she was. Rubbing her eyes she slowly sat up and saw him asleep in the chair. Smiling she watched him then caught sight of herself in the mirror. Black vains where lightly spidering down her cheeks and under her eyes where black as well. Hunger pulled at her body and she quietly wrapped a blanket around him and slipped out his window. Today was Friday.

Ben mumbled quietly, and woke a few minutes after she left. He went through his morning, and rode to school, waiting to see if Ali was going to come.

She was sitting on her car hood when he got there. Fresh bandages wrapped her wounds and peeked from the collor of her dark blue t-shirt. Dark jeans hid the ones of her waist, and green sun glasses hid the darkness under her eyes. She had ran out of blood apparently. "Hey." She said softly, her voice a little scratchy still.

"How you feeling?" Ben asked, sitting on his bike.

She shrugged one shoulder "It's not fully healed. I don't have any blood at home." Sighs and lick her lips once. Her fangs pusher on her gums wanting out but she held them back. She looked paler then normal and slowly stood up. "Come on, bells about to ring."

"Ali," Ben said softly, "that vervain stuff... I haven't taken any in the last three days, it's out of my system."

Lips twitch slightly "Then you should and stay away from me." She was at the doors and was about to open them but stopped. Her fingers loosely holding onto the handles and she wouldn't look at him.

"You did things for me you didn't have to do, I feel like I should step up for you too," he said, right behind her.

Her voice dropped low and husky "It's school Ben. Get to class." She left without another word an went to home room. She slunk in her chair her head pounding an she cursed under her breath softly.

Ben went through the day, like normal.
