Ben nodded. "I don't think we could do it right now... Know anybody in the arms buisness?"

"I know a lot of people Ben. But I don't know how many would go against the Clave. We all hate them but fear is bigger then hate."

"I'm not saying outright war, we just need to show that the Clave is vunerable. Can you get some explosives?"

She thought about this. "Bring me my iPhone please." She sighed and rubbed her face.

He did, and asked, "is there an open area in their headquarters? C courtyard or garden?"

She nodded. "Two gardens at the back entrence." She said softly and then started to look through her contacts.

"Best case scenrio: We get a no questions asked chopper ride, drop two boxes into the garden, and set them off. Worst, we've got to sneak in. Or we could drop some morters on them..."

Holds up finger as she starts talking in fluant Italian.

Ben nodded, planning out this war with everything his history class, tv, movie, and gaming knowlege he had.

She hung up the phone. "I have a chopper ready." She said blinking. "But with explosives.. I don't know if she will pick up."

"Anything at all? Mortars, gernades, rockets?"

"I could get a few things hold on." Goes back to looking through contacts.

Ben thought out the first three attacks.

She sighed happily and started to talk on the phone this time in Spanish.

He had it figured out. They would be terrorists, but they had just cause, right?
