Leah woke up and tried to go back to bed with no success. She looked at the clock and frowned. It was 10:00 in the morning. Leah sighed and got up. She walked over to her sister's room and knocked on the door. She was still sleeping. "Fabia!" She yelled, "Wake up!" He shook her head and walked downstairs for breakfast.

Fabia tried to block out the noise of her sister's yelling. Eventually she got up as she heard her sister walk away. Fabia opened her door and walked downstairs to eat. She and Leah both got their breakfasts and sat down. Their parents had already left for work. "Morning!" Leah said cheerfully. Fabia looked at her then her hair and looked down. So many things had gone wrong this summer. -
Leigh was up and about collecting berries. As the oldest of her siblings, she got the main bulk of their food, and the boys mainly collected water or play around. She sighed in exhaustion before she continued picking the food.
Conner was reading. When they had run away from the Orphanage, he had been smart enough to think long-term for boredom. He had packed several books that he had gotten from some older boys at the Orphanage before they ran, and made sure to grab a variety.
Johnny was being productive. He knew his brother never really got the whole survival thing, and always did most of his share of the work. Of course, he made him work sometimes. But Conner was useful in other ways. A few months ago, Conner had taken some time to carve bowls to use to carry water and such. -
Leah finished her breakfast and when to clean her dish. She glanced over at her sister who was eating and reading a magazine. Leah grabbed a shopping list, walked over to the door and put her shoes on. "I'm going shopping!" Leah yelled to her sister.
Fabia looked up at her sister. "I'm come with you. I'm done anyway." Fabia went to clean her bowl and walked over to Leah. Leah glared at her, "why do you always come!" She muttered. Fabia looked at her and said, "because I have to." They then walked out the door in silence. -
Conner sighed, closing his book. He grabbed Leigh's Backpack, and pulled out her money. They rarely spent money at stores, but he decided he'd try something new. Changing quickly into the least mud-stained clothes he could find, he grabbed a portion of the money and headed towards town.

Leah trudged to the store beside her sister and rounded a corner. She walked a bit quicker, wanting to get this over with. Leah made a sharp turn into the store.
Fabia had to jog a bit to keep up with her sister. "Leah!" She called. Fabia realized she was already in the store. She quickly followed her and wished that she'd slow down. -

Conner walked quickly to the store, keeping his face down. He was still afraid someone would recognize them. -
Fabia was hardly payin attention to her surroundings until she bumped into a boy. She quickly got up and helped the boy up. "I'm so sorry! I was just-" she paused and remembered why she was running in the first place. "I gotta run but I'm sorry!" Fabia ran into the store in search for her sister.

Leah wondered where her sister was. Did she actually loose her? Leah almost laughed at the thought. Why would she loose her? She was paranoid about keeping Leah safe. Still, Leah was worried.
Fabia looked frantically around the store me spotted her sister. Fabia's eyes brightened when she spotted her. She ran up to her and have her a quick hug. She was not letting her out of her sight again. Not after last time.
