Chase formed quickly into a wolf and shook the cat off his face, he growled lowly, "I did not say your small!"
Her eyes widened hearing the hiss, she instamtly remembered Chase's bad luck with felines. Uh-oh. She jumped off the bed and followed after him. -
Theo hissed and blue flames danced around him. "Liar!! Dogs always lie!" He jumped and bit into Chase's nose. Gwen watched in horror. She couldn't do anything. She ran out the back door.
Ben went after her and blinked when he saw what was going on. "Theo stop!" -
"Damn it Chase!", shouted Jane, rolling her eyes. He growled at her, "Shut it! He started it!", shaking her head she went towards the cat and picked him up by the scruff of his neck. She looked at Chase, "Off to your room Mister", "Wha-?", "Go!", she commanded, pointing down the hall. Luna Jane on full action.
She placed the cat on the counter, "And you sir, need to learn to control that temper" -
Theo growled."But he started it!"Ben chuckled and sighed. "You really do need to calm your temper." He glanced around. "Gwen was here...right?" Theo shrugged. "She ran out the back door. Probably didn't want to see the dog bleed."
Gwen sat in the garden shaking. Memories flashed through her head and she shook. She hated seeing blood, ever since the day her wound on her arm happened, she always did. -
She growled back, "I don't care who started it, no attacking, alright? As long as I'm here there'll be no offense, only defense, okay?", Jane was on full Luna mode, taking control of the situation. Her authority was something she never lost.
Chase ran out the back door, finding Gwen he sat on her lap and licked her face, looking up at her with big eyes. -
Theo rolled his eyes. "Fine girl. Just don't try and squeeze the life out of me next time." Ben shook his head. "Sorry about him..."
Gwen was crying lightly and petted his head. -
"I won't hesitate to if you don't behave", she said and began to scratch the grumpy cat's ears. She laughed and looked at Ben, "Its alright, he's cute in a grumpy way".
He licked her again, and again. Whimpering a little he nuzzled her face, Gwen, what's wrong, love? -
Theo purred lowly and looked up at his boss. "Geez she's worse than you boss." He chuckled lightly. "I guess she is. Also she is right you are cute grumpy."
She closed her eyes and wiped her tears a bit. "It's nothing..." She buried her face into his fur and sighed lightly."Nothing you need to worry about." -
She stroked the cat and grinned, "Sorry Theo, Luna mode kind of takes over every now and again".
He whined, sad that he couldn't help her, he licked her face again, I worry, cause I care, tell me., -
Theo purred loudly and nuzzled her hand. Ben sighed and picked a sweet bun from one of the boxes.
Gwen shook her head. "I can't Chase....I just can't." She stood up and walked slowly back into the house and then ran to her room. -
She picked up Theo and cradled the cat gently in her arms, she nuzzled his face, she looked at Ben and smiled, "Boss?"
Changing back to human form, he ran after her but didn't make it in time, so being Chase he sat outside her door. -
He purred more and Ben blushed. "Yeah he's my familiar."
She layed in her bed and cried into her pillow. -
She kissed the cat's head, "Cute, he's actually rather sweet and cuddly"
He knocked on the door, "Gwen, can I come in?" -
Ben laughed lightly. "And I'm not?" He nuzzled her neck and purred.
She sniffed and her voice was muffled through the door. "Yeah..." -
She purred and kissed his forehead, "Nope, you sir, are adorable, squishy AND very handsome"
He opened the door and quickly encased her in his arms, "Oh my darling Gwen"
