  I see the kid from before slip into his seat, but I dont think much about it. I tune out as the teacher starts talking, doodling on my notebook.

  I take close note of what the teacher says, not wanting to fail any more classes.

  I quietly slip my phone out of my pocket when it vibrates. "When's ur sweet 16 prty?" It says. I quickly type, "Nxt wkend" and slip it back in my pocket.
