"I don't underestimate people. Never have, unlike some others of my clan." I saw her look down the path and tightened my grip on Alack, who was beginning to squirm, the tranquilizer wearing off. My hand unconsciously found my slender sword, tied to my back. I drew it silently, the pitch black blade making no noise.
-
I quickly retrieved my dual blades from my pack. I slung my pack over my shoulder again. I made a rough slicing motion to the sides with my swords. Their scabbards retracted to the handle, molding in such a way that my swords wouldn't accidentally slip from my grip. "The Big Bad Wolves have come to play." I taunted.
-
I sheathed my sword. "Ah." I murmured, perceiving the werewolves. "She's feisty. Careful, boys." I told them lightly as they stepped forward
-
"Let's get one thing straight, I always win." I said, smirking at their growls.
-
One of them snarled. He stepped forward, baring teeth. Another stepped behind around her, sliding behind. The third leaned against a tree, showing no indication of helping. I smirked, dropped Alack none-too-gently onto the ground, and watched.
(Can she be bit by one of them?) -
(Sure. The one to the side can do a sneak attack.)
"Typical." I muttered. I got into a stance, one where each of my swords face a hostile wolf and I can keep an eye on the third one. -
(I freaking love sneak attacks)
The first one leapt forward, teeth bared. The second one grinned, obviously thinking that the first one could kill or bite the girl easily. -
(Yeah, I know cause you have the mind of an assassin.)
In one swift movement, I had one of my blades through his stomach. I threw him from my blade. He was still alive. He shakily got to his feet. "I always win." I repeated, my voice like ice. I advanced quickly. He looked up, seeing my close proximity. I saw the fear in his eyes. I stabbed both blades through his stomach and hands as he was frantically trying to cover the bleeding wound. His eyes widened. I saw the life drift from his eyes, as his beastly soul left his body. I lowered my blades slightly so his corpse slid off my blades. I turned my attention to the other wolf. -
(Thank you. :D)
I frowned. I should probably stop her... And then I saw the third werewolf, against the tree. His eyes met mine. He winked. I relaxed against the tree. Alack moaned. As the girl turned on the second werewolf, the third one- I believe his name was Kaed- Leapt forward soundlessly, shifting mid-leap. He collided with her, knocking her several feet forward, and sank his teeth into her arm.
I smiled. -
I slid back several steps. I smirked coldly. "You're good. But I don't think you're good enough!" I thrusted my one sword into his chest with my good arm.
-
(Le me is confused I thought you said he could bite her...)
-
(he did, but now after he bit her she attacked him)
-
(*Is stupid*)
I watched as she killed Kaed and I growled. "Malno, get out of here." I ordered the last werewolf. He snarled but followed my orders. Demons were the highest ranking supernaturals. I glared at the girl. "Okay, kid. You're bit. Stop this nonsense." -
I looked at the retreating werewolf. "I don't think so." I shook the corpse away from my injured arm. I lifted it, along with the dart shooter. I took aim, and shot the werewolf in the back of his head, where his spine and skull connected. The dart flew through the air and hit, easily piercing the skin, and his brain.
-
I rolled my eyes. "Kid, that's enough."
