I have a different idea, your character COULD be a human, I will use an odd character, this is him
I will put only a bit of his description in, because on some of my characters, I want to change their personality and things a bit but I cant think of it or decide XD
name: mysticus
he has two extra legs and a weird horn because of a mutation, the white markings are tattooes, because he is a kind of dragon called a deimos dragon and well ... they get tattos but I forgot the rest ( it is a species of dragon a friend made up on deviantart ) but the purple marking isn't, he could make a beam of light from his eyes ( an idea I got from an old disney character named smaug ) but when he is using his unknown powers ( which I cant decide what they are ) his eyes go ... well, like that, but they are normally purple without those green dot things XD I like weird glowy eyes )

oh, and the front horn is crooked, the other is a bit more normal, ... what an odd dragon
