After stopping right outside the door to pet a stray cat, he opened up the doors and waved, "Ciao everyone, sorry I'm late~" then took his seat next to Germany and Japan.

Ludwig, Just looked at Italy, then listens back to the meeting.

Distracted, as usual, Feli traces his finger on the wood of the table, ignoring the discussion. He hums quietly a little Italian song that had been stuck in his head all morning.

Germany, looked at Italy and saw that he wasen't paying attention, it was distracting him.

Feli imagined his hand was a racecar, and the circular shape on the wood of his chair was the track. He ran his fingers across it in circles.

Germany, just watched him play like any child, and wasen't listening to the meeting.

America: So! We've got some business to talk about! We need bills paid in from Holland, Russia, France, Italy, Romano, Kenya and Germany! Pay up people!
Feli, too distracted to respond, simply continues playing his little game. -
Germany, paid his bill, and nudge Italy, "pay attention"

He looked up at Germany, "Huh?" looking around he realized he needed to pay up. "Ooh~ Right." He reached into his bag and payed up, then went back to his racing.
