Floodeye padded over to Thornkit and smirked.
"My kits, run!" Splashspot yowled.Streamkit jumped off, but Oceankit pounced at Silver again. -
Silver slashed at him again.
Thornkit tried to squirm farther into the hole. -
Oceankit tried to pounce on Silver. Splashspot panicked. "Snowflake, take my son!"

Snowflake nodded, and ran by, grabbing Oceankit by his scruff.
Silver slashed at Snowflake, but missed. -
'No! Snowflake let me down! What are you doing! Mom!" Oceankit yowled.

Thornkit squeaked again, but couldn't go any farther. She twisted so she could see Floodeye, fear evident on her face.
Snowflake ignored him, racing down a side tunnel.
Silver slashed at Splashspot. -
Floodeye raised his paw.Splashspot tried to fight back. "Mom!" Oceankit yowled again.

Silver continued to slash, hoping to batter her to the ground.
Thornkit gulped, and tried to look brave.
Snowflake continued to race down the side tunnel. -
Streamkit followed.
Floodeye lashed out.
Splashspot hit the ground bleeding heavily. -
Thornkit yowled as claws sliced her skin.
Silver continued to slash and cut at Splashspot. -
Splashspot coughed up blood. "My kits..." She whispered.

Silver smiled a crooked smile at her, then leaned in to bite her neck.

Splashspot went to hunt with Starclan...
Floodeye grabbed one of Thornkit's legs and broke it. -
Thornkit yowled loudly, pain running up her leg. Out of desperation, she quickly swiped at Floodeye's nose, not moving the broken leg.
Silver laughed as the light faded from Splashspot's eyes. -
Oceankit struggled. "I said LET. GO!"
