Cloudflight felt the branch fall from underneath him. He jumped up, hanging by a paw on the next branch Blizzardstorm was on. He unsheathed his claws, trying to pull himself up.

Blizzardstorm tried to grab his scruff. He may not like Cloudflight, but he was a fellow cat.

Don't you dare make me fall, fox-face, Cloudflight thought, gripping onto the branch for his life. He tried to put his back legs on the branch to get up.

He felt his claws slip even more. Cloudflight felt his teeth in his scruff, but he weighed alot more than him. His paw slipped. Now Blizzardstorm was only holding on by his scruff.

Blizzardstorm hauled him up onto his branch, which was sturdier than the last one.

Cloudflight could feel some blood running down his muzzle. "Thanks. But when we get down, we'll fight again," he murmured.

"No." Blizzardstorm said.

Cloudflight hissed. "She's mine." He jumped down onto the ground, hurting his shoulder. He limped out into the tunnels. He went deeper and deeper until it was so cold that he had to press up against the wall to keep warm.

He didn't move for a while. His eyes were dull with sleep, but he didn't dare to sleep. He climbed out of the hole and into another tunnel where it was warmer. There was a small hole in the rock so he could look outside.

Blizzardstorm jumped down and watched him go.

Cloudflight sat inside the small patch of light coming into the cave. He watched his tears form a small puddle. He put his paw in the small puddle. "She's all yours, fox-face!" He whispered angrily, lashing his tail.

Blizzardstorm sat outside the tunnel he thought Cloudflight was in.

Cloudflight started to whisper out all his thoughts. "I need her more than he does." He stamped his paw in the puddle each time he spoke. "This is you, Littlekit!" He hissed. So many tears were streaming down his muzzle. He raked the stone walls with his claws. "You stupid little..." He didn't finish the sentance.
