Ivystar pounced and killed the mouse right at the edge of the cliff. He brought it back to a beaming Crowfrost and the two layed down.

Floodeye ran over and leaped at Ivystar.

Ivystar looked over just in time to roll out of the way. Crowfrost, however, wasn't so lucky. She yowled, clawing at the ground to keep herself from falling where she dangled over the edge of the cliff. "Crowfrost!" Ivystar yowled. He began to run towards her.

Floodeye pinned her on the edge of the cliff. "Try anything and she's a goner!"

Ivystar's ears flattened and his eyes widened before narrowing into slits. "Let. Her. Go." He growled. But he kept his claws sheathed, and didn't dare move closer.

"Try me."

Ivystar glared at Floodeye, but there was desperation in his eyes. "What do you want?"
Crowfrost winced, but stayed silent. Floodeye was keeping her from falling to her death, but his claws were digging into her paws. She tried to look at Ivystar but couldn't catch his eye. Her hind legs still scrabbled at the cliff wall, frantically searching for a foothold. -
"How about you throw yourself off? Ot is either one of your precious life, or her only one." Floodeye smirked.

Ivystar raised his head. "Wouldn't you rather kill me yourself?" He looked at Crowfrost, and brown eyes met icy blue ones. "Let her go...and you can kill me yourself. I swear by Starclan."

"And what may i ask will starclan do if you break that promise?"

"A promise sworn by Starclan has never been broken." He raised a paw, with sheathed claws. "No claws. I won't fight you. Just let her go."

"Sounds trustworthy. But there's one problem... I am NOT trustworthy." Floodeye pushed Crowfrost off. "I haven't had a fight in a while anyway."
(let's say Crowfrost fell in a pond and lived :P) -

Ivystar's yowl was deafening. "NOOO!" He unsheathed his claws and spring at Floodeye, with the intention to kill. -
Floodeye rolled on his back and pushes him off with his back legs.
