He watched her. "You like tea, don't you."

"Yea, I do." she said softly.

He smiled. He grabbed the remote, flipping through the channels. He didn't know any of the shows, but it was fun to pretend.

Sara finished her tea and put the cup in the sink

He frowned, remembering all the new scars he'd found on his back earlier.

"What?" she asked, looking up at him.

He stood up, slipping off his shirt and showing her the new scars on his back. He was working up quite a collection of reminders of past injuries.

"Oh come on, your scars aren't that bad."

He turned around, showing her the ones on his chest and shoulders.

"Still not that bad, really." she said, trying to keep her focus on his face, and not elsehwere....

He slipped the shirt back on. "There are more elsewhere, but... I guess not. I've seen worse on other omegas."

"Good then."

He nodded, walking over to her in the kitchen.

She smiled up at him. "What?"

He shrugged.
