He grabbed a cigarette and lit it, going down the fire escape. He leaned against the wall between his building and another, just under cass's balcony.

Cass got up and walked onto her balcony. She watched the sun start to set.

He sighed and took a smoke, leaning against the wall. He look kinda badass and hot in a way.

She smelled smoke. She rolled her eyes." Again really?" She looked around for him. She didn't see him anywhere.

He heard her and smirked.

She sighed."where the hell are you?"

He chuckled a bit.

She looked down through one of the holes in the balcony." How the hell did you get down there?"

He looked up at her. "The fire escape, my dear."

She rolled her eyes." Could you please stop smoking?"

"Make me." he grinned.

She smiled."I will." She looked over and grabbed onto the ladder leading to where he was on the fire escape. She climbed down slowly. She was on the last one when she almost slipped.

"Don't fall." he grabbed her arm, preventing her from falling,dropping the cigarette. "Damnit." he chuckled.

She smiled." That was one way to make you stop." She looked down." Um can you help me onto the platform?"

"Heh, yea." He helped her down.
