"It's ok, you can tell us." my dad smiled.
"We aren't. He's just my best friend." I mumbled. -

I nodded and smiled a bit. "Yeah. Just...friends"

I awkwardly stood up. "Besides, he's like my brother. I don't want to date my brother." I shrugged.

I nodded, agreeing but I knew I didn't mean it. Do I?

"Well, Mark and I are gonna get going. Tell Ana I say hi whe she gets home." I linked my arm with his as I stepped towards him.

I waved over to his parents and smiled down at Rayn.

I lead him outside. "That went so much easier then I thought." I smiled.

"Yeah. It did. I like your parents." I chuckled.

"Me too." I smiled. "Now do you want to go to the park?"

"Sure." I beamed, moving my arm to grab his hand.

I squeezed his hand and slowly began to walk.

I wanted to tell him. What his parents asked. "Um..Rayn?" I started, softly.

"Yeah?" I asked and smiled brightly at him.

I swallowed and let out a shaky sigh. "Do you...wanted to..." I paused, unable to finish it.
