As me and Lanie were walking thru the woods, we got lost after falling down a 20 foot hill side. We thought we could just easily get out, but it was impossible to get back up. -
She sighed and looked at jake, then back up at the hill. She scanned it with her eyes for a bit. It would be impossible to climb back up. She looked down at the gash on her leg.

"You okay?" Said Jake, hesitating from his concussion he just awoke from.

"Yea...I-i think..." she said quietly, grabbing a leaf to wipe the blood off of her leg. "We can just go back the way we came, but at the bottom of the hill instead of the top, right?" She asked, grabbing her phone out of her pocket. Or...what was left of her phone.

"We went farther away from where we were walking, soI'm afraid not." Jake said, lying in the shallow creek waters.

She sighed and looked up at the trail infront of them. "How long was the trail? A few miles?" she asked, hopeful that the answer would be yes.

"Longer than a few..." he sighed, grabbing a hanker chief giving it to Lanie. "Apply pressure to the wound."

"Thanks." Lanie took it and wrapped it tightly around the gash so she could still walk, but blood would flow there too. She looked up at the sun. They had a good 8 hours of daylight left.

Jake stared at the water. "Yep, it's purified. Pour soem on there too."
