  WE ARE GOD.
  
  No, seriously. Everything that exists on this Earth makes up what we call God. God isn't a floating man in the sky who watches over us. God is the connection that exists between everything. God is our combined consciousness.

  No, we are. What we create is an extention of ourselves. We created God. Therefore we are God.
  
  And I know this sounds like something people come up with smoking weed. But I garauntee you I am not high.

  Um, let me point out something.. I never assumed you were high. How'd that pop up all of a sudden?
  Its true that you do have a good point, saying we are god because we created god. But it doesn't make sense. How do you know we are god? Just because some guy (or maybe more than one) created this, why should that mean we are that? God to me is more like a symbol or something in our minds. (no not a floating guy in the sky).
  But that's just my opinion on this

  I would expect someone who follows traditional religion to find this blasphemous. But for those of us who have rejected the traditional idea of God, this makes much more sense. I got to thinking about this really because I don't like the scientific explanation of the universe, but I've also completed reject the religious explanation of the universe. So I decided that Pantheism, or the connection of all things, made the most sense. As for Creation, I subscribe to Plato's theory of the realm of ideas instead of the Christian myth of Creation or the traditional explanation of the Big Bang.
