Sure, I don't fully agree with the Catholic church and really many other churches, but if they believe in Jesus, then they're Christian. Hence the name 'Christ'ian.

@JITW, Mormons have these things called articles of faith. This is the 11th one. (I have all 13 memorized.)
11. We claim the privelege of worshipping Almighty God. According to the dictates, of our own conscience. And allow all men, the same privelege. Let them worship how, where, or what they may.
This means that even though I do believe in God, and I am a Mormon, I respect others beliefs. I dont go around being mean to others and telling them that they will go to Hell. As far as I know, anyone could go to Heaven, and same with Hell. It depends one the way you live, not what your religion is. -

The thing that ticks most people off about JITW, is the smug arrogance. It's the "I'm right and you're all going to hell and complete idiots because I say so." personality that JITW presents. It does not stop. There is no reasoning with it. There is no logic behind it.
