And if you don't, would you if you saw one and felt a chill? Or would you think it was something else?
If you are an Atheist, does that mean you don't believe in any spirtual beliefs at all? -
I have atheistic beliefs, but I can't be considered an atheist because I don't truly believe that everything can be explained by Science.

Nope. It sounds like total BS.
And I'm pretty sure on the ghost hunting shows, they're just finding heat/thermal energy. I'm not an expert or anything though, Bob could tell you what they do -

Infinity NewbieI have had my own experiences, but I don't personally know any athiest. I'm just wondering if they do.

I am an atheist. And I do believe in ghosts. But I do not think that they are exactly as "spiritual" as other people think. I have taken classes and am a recognized paranormal investigator accredited by the state of Kentucky. I am part of P.A.S.T; one of the largest paranormal investigation groups in the state. I do believe in ghosts, but I also believe that they can be explained with science.

The only explanations I've heared are; trick of the light, our imaginations or something done by a projector. -
Residual haunting:
The human body naturally produces an electric field. This field radiates around us and is different from person to person. (the science behind "the soul") These electrical fields can leave an imprint behind on the area around them. Like if someone stands in the same doorway all the time or walks the same hallway every day. If the field is strong enough and if the right materials are in the environment, it can leave an electrical imprint on the area.
Conscience entity:
The same basic theory applies, but instead of it being just a physical form, it could be a personality trait or even a persons entire consciousness being copied into the area.
Poltergeists:
This field belonging to a living person, is constantly in change. It changes with the persons emotions, personality, and age. Teenage years are when it's most in fluctuation and most unstable. Primarily in teenage girls. This field can be so obtrusive and boisterous that the individuals emotions can cause actually physical influence. Sort of like a shock or a magnet. The field can influence the environment, usually without the individual even realizing that they're doing it.
