My subsitute said that Catholics and Jehova Witnesses and whatnot are just different branches of Christanity.
:l -
Okie doki
-
tongue NewbieYeah, cuz they are. If you believe the Son, the Father, and the Holy Ghost, you are a Christian. It's that simple.
-
sex_me NewbieThey aren't the same -_-
-
Yeah... Christians believe the Son, the Father and the Holy Ghost are the same thing I think. Catholics believe they're all seperated.
Correct me if I am wrong. -
sex_me Newbieooops haha WTF? i meant they aren't just branches of Christianity...but its complicated
-
I am a Catholic Christian and we don't think that the son, the Father, and the Holy Ghost are not seperated. We call them...God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. They are one trinity. Hope this cleared some stuff up.
Catholics are apart of Christianity.
Jehova Witnesses are NOT apart of the Christian faith. They say they are apart of the Christian faith but they are not. They believe that Jesus Christ was not the Son of God. -
tongue NewbieI don't really know much about Jehovah's Witnesses, but I have a feeling they do believe Jesus was the son of God.
-
Ya, I am kind of fuzzy on the religion too but I read it somewhere that they didn't believe that so ya
-
Yeah, my Dad said that too.
Sounds kinda strange doesn't it?
'Cause they're called different things. -
sex_me Newbiemikelover Jehovah's Witnesses do believe that Jesus is god's son...i would know because my parents are Jehovah's Witnesses
-
Oh okay. Thanks for clearing that up. my teacher, who is a nun, said that didnt believe that jesus was the son of god but she knows nothing so ya
-
sex_me Newbielol
-
i know right
-
tongue NewbieNuns just try to spread their own religion. They aren't very good at making it look good, so they just bad mouth the others instead.
