@Madid: Thanks.
If anyone believes they haven't broken each and every one of the 10 commanments feel free to ask how you have broken them and I will be happy to explain. :) -
Please explain. :)

Individually, I have only broken about 2 or 3 of them.
But the rest of the whole humanity has broken all 10 of them. -
I've broken all except 6th and 9th.

But eh :P

And 7th.

Uh, I broke all, except for 9, 7, 6, and 1... .__.

I've done all but 6 and 7. So far

13xnightwolfx13 NewbieLol the problem with adultery is that most of us has broken it, because God further explained it and told us that even if we have a dirty thought or fantasy with someone else that is not our spouse, then we have broken it.
The only ones I haven't broken are 1,2, and 6. -

First commandment: (Only have one God) We have ALL worshipped something or someone else to replace God. Instead of reading the bible we have watched TV or completed homework. We do NOT put God at the top of our list. This also applies the second commandment (have no other idols; put God first). We have broken both of these commamndments, probably without even realising.
Third commandment: (Do not use the Lord's name in vain) Day in and day out we are using phrases such as "Oh my God" and "Jesus Christ". Whilst it may appear to be harmless and something not worth fixing we must not brush it aside. Using the Lord's name in vain is offensive and is the same thing as a put down. When we speak of our great God we should be excited about it and want to make Him sound like the great, loving God he is.
Forth Commandment: (Remember the sabboth and keep it holy) Surely we do not put aside a day each week where we are continuously in prayer with our God and reading the bible. Surely we aren't completely relaxed and gentle natured. We still have something worrying us and at least one thing as a distraction from God.
Fifth commandment: (Honor your mother and father) Each one of us has lied to our parents or shown anger towards them. We argue with our parents and do not always show support. This doesn't mean you hate your parents but you haven't honored them your entire life.
Sixth commandment: (You must not murder) This does not just mean stabbing someone to death or strangling them. Although it does apply to both of these examples.
When we hate someone the bible tells us it is like murdering them. Everyone has hated. Therefore, we've ALL murdered.
Seventh commandment: (Do not commit adultery) This commandment isn't just broken by sleeping with another man or woman. The bible tells us that thinking and imagining lustful thoughts is infact adultery.
Eighth commandment: (You must not steel) Everyone of us has stolen. Whether it be someones idea, work, wife or car. We have stolen something.
Ninth commandment: (You must not give false evidence against your neighbour) Making rumors and lying about someone is giving false evidence. If we don't know the bottom of the story but try telling it we are giving false evidence because we have no proof. Our neighbours can be our next door neighbour, a friend, relative etc.
Tenth commandment: (Do not envy other people's goods) I trust each and everyone of us has wanted something that someone else has owned. Whether it be a person's beauty, car, wife/husband, house or talent, we have ALL wanted something that was not ours.
I really hope this makes the rules of the ten commandments clearer. With a greater understanding it will be easier to identify which wrong and selfish act we are in the process of commencing.
Next time, when you feel the urge to do something you know is wrong, picture Satin laughing at you. For this is exactly what he does. He is like a lion waiting to pounce. When you think about it like this you should come running for God.
There will be plenty more temptations to come but God ALWAYS gives us a way out. Whether it be easy or hard it IS possible. -
haven't done 6, 7, or 9.
I'm a crook, so sue me.
