I'm all for the enthusiasm, and I totally stand by what you're saying, but there is such a thing as less is more. Stand by your point and use logic for maybe one or two points, but please don't flaunt it out without provocation. If you do, then you're not being any better than they are. Make sense and hold points, but don't spam everything. Thank you.

not really. I get a lot of these threads posted towards me (usually nice ones but I get these too)

what has happend to people? just because i dont know you, it doesn't mean you can be like that to anyone. its rude and actually, i care about other peoples feelings when im online or not because im kind and nice. i decided to stand up for this person and look what i get? dont take this personally but this was mainly focused on Carri04.

dw1996 NewbieI don't care if I hurt someone's feelings. I don't go out of my way to do it, so if they take offense to something I say, that's their problem. To quote Megadeth: "Whaddaya mean I hurt your feelings? I didn't know you had any."

what a mean lot you are! i just hope i never meet you in person. and i dont care if its polite. if your out in the streets and there is a message to your that hurts your feelings, just because it says thank you after, doesn't make it any less worse.

Secret, this was acually very polite. Bob was commenting on how he thought this particular person could come off in a different demeanor, one where he would be viewed in a more respectable way. I found it to be more firendly advice then an insult.
Peronally, if someone wrote a thread like this directed at me I'd take it into account. I'd know I'm comming off in a way that other's may find unappealing and I'd try something different.
