I don't understand the whole 'one religion for all' thing. Why can't people just believe what they want? We're all humans, none of us are 'better' then any others.

But I do believe people should believe what they want. -
It's when someones personal beliefs become invasive that religion gets on my nerves. Saying that people can believe what they want is a pure idea, but a very unbelievable one. The core roots of some of those beliefs require that you tell other people to join you, violently if necessary. Converting will always exist as long as religion does. Religious ignorance will always exist as long as religion does. Until religion is gone as a whole, there will always be those people who take it too far and will give it a bad name. You can't clear the name of religion from these people. It's not that easy. Saying that it's not your gods fault doesn't change the fact that people are killing each other in his name. I stand against the universal peace idea simply because it is unobtainable. I personally believe in the new age idea. You can't repair a cancer. All you can do is cut it out and let the wound heal.

If we all did as you say, the world would be uglier than it is as we would not fight what I show below. We cannot live and let live unless all live as they should.
It is my view that all literalists and fundamentals hurt all of us who are Religionists.
They all hurt their parent religions and everyone else who has a belief. They make us all into laughing stocks and should rethink their position. There is a Godhead but not the God of talking animals, genocidal floods and retribution. Belief in fantasy is evil.
