It's fun
You meditate and every month we fast, but it isn't hard. You just have to go through the day without eating and can do almost anything to pass the time. -
my best friend is a Buddhist too!

Fasting is hard. Especially in heat.

I used to be a Practicing Buddhist but for whatever reason I went back to Christinity. I actually prefer Buddhism over other religions.
