bob: no there are other reasons just..... you know were younger and church is how we met and i guess it would be kind of weird for them and they don't know much about alot of other religions...... there kind of umm.... "sheltered" if you wanna put it that way.

Then tell them you're doubting your faith. Present them with some of the questions I've asked. They'll either come to one of two solutions. They'll either agree with you about the doubts, or they'll say to ask an adult. If they do, listen to the adults response. They'll either claim that they know exactly what god is thinking, they'll be so vague that it doesnt answer your question, or they'll give their opinion. None of these solutions are exactly logical.

Bob: You don't know them... they'd probably look at me be like "uhhhhhhhh" and not say anything else. they know absolutely nothing like me. And I don't have the guts to say that to my parents. And I want to believe but don't know really what to do.....

Statistically, Atheists are the most hated group of people in America. It took over a year for me to Confess to my family that I was an atheist. It isnt an easy thing to do. All I can say right now is start doing some of your own research. Learn some of the science against god. If you have a youtube account that you dont have to worry about others seeing, subscribe to an atheist user. Most of them can explain things even better than I can. But most of all, dont slip back into the old comfort of ignorance. Learn. Dont just find the flaws in religion, learn how it's flawed. You're using logic, now dont let it go.

If i did that I'd have to create myself another account. Alot of my friends know the account I have now. If I ever learned about the science against god i'd have to start understanding science. Last time I checked I'm getting a D- (which I think I brought up with extra credit from that but i'm not sure)
But still I'm only 12. I have alot of time to think this over. I don't want to rush into a decision I might regret. -

While atheism uses science to support itself. Alot of it is common sense.

Maybe when I have more of my personality developed and are a little bit more smarter I'll be able to figure this out but for now I'm comfortable where I am. But I can't predict the future. Besides if it doesn't make much sense to me what your saying right now I doubt a professional would make me understand. :/
