God has no begininng or end. I guess you can say he is infinite.
(IM so excited we can talk about this!! I have many videos and stuff i have learned about it

He created everything by himself. there is none bigger. No one is greater than God.
Carbon dating is very undependable. Sometimes it seems to work but other times it is off by the date of thousands of years. -
um no actually lol carbon dating is very acurate when used properly.
and without carbon dating even it's possible to trace are world/planet or whatever (through many methods) across MILLIONS AND TRILLIONS of years. not several thousand.
aside from that if god is infinite, then he has unlimited reach, and unlimited perception yes? is that right?
then god has no plan. or rather it's already planned. mapped. executed. restarted. with unlimited foresight and unlimited motion any distance to reach is already reached and any thing to happen has already happened. motion in every sequence across what you perceive to be time. in which case if god IS infinity then we are also god being as infinity is everything including the universe which is everything that exists. do you agree to any extent?
starting form the original point. if god was first what did he make everything out of? -

Now to your question- yes God has unlimited preception (you mean he can see everything all the time right?) And he has unlimited reach- Never really thought of it that way But sure...
God has planned everything- Future and past are all like history i guess.. since he knows it all.
So youre saying- Since everything already has a past and a future. And since God knows the past and the future- Then somehow you conclude that, everything is infinite. Including us and the universe.
You should know that you just gave me a headache- Complicated..
Anyway- i disagree with your conclusion. Just because past and future will be and are doesnt mean that humans are infinite. Very much the same, our concept of time is somewhat off. We will never know infinity completely until we have experianced it.
Its kind of like the word forever. No one can quite grasp that meaning. There is no end. Kinda confusing..

God created nothing out of nothing. He is too great for our understanding. We will never be smart ebough or close enough to his intellegence to get it.
When all things conclude- we just CANT understand because we are not God. He can make the sun and all space.. And time. No one would be able to comprehend his ways- even if we tried -

i beg to differ. i DO understand such things with relative ease. hence my stand alone religion and philosophy :)
and my argument is not we(humans) are infinite but that the description of him(god) is nothing other than simple infinity. if he is everything then that would include us, but oneness works both ways. given that there is no way that he could be all seeing all knowing and all powerful and NOT be us as well. the conclusion is not that humans are infinite but that if god is as you claim then there is nothing left but the logical explanation that we are all "god" and god IS us. we as a species, as a world as a galaxy, as a big bang continuum, as whatever else i haven't the patience or knowledge to name we ARE As one and as god. :) make since?
aside form carbon dating there are many ways to predict the past. via calculus. every action has an opposite reaction in physics, hence by tracing the reaction you can easily see the original action.
among MANY MANY other very logical methods that is one and it proves in a see able easy to understand sort of way that are world has existed FAAR beyond the limit your bible dictates.
now then you say god created everything from nothing?
if you have the knowledge to explain JUST HOW that works would you enlighten me?

He is infinite all knowing and all seeing. He is not us. He is greater than us. And he is not everything. Thenceforth, your conclusion is flawed. He is not us so we are not infinite. And neither is this universe.
The universe, and humans had a beginning and the universe will have an end. Obviously that makes the universe and how it was created not infinite.
Humans have A BEGINNING but no end... because of where we will go when we die. All of us have a beginning but we all will live forever. Either in hell or heaven.
I could say the same thing too, 'there are many other methods' to prove my theory as well. So i guess on this part we have a draw- neither of us can prove whitch methods are more logical.
And dearest Slim, i will explain this to you in the only way possible 'the whole creation out of nothing thing'.
Genesis 1:1-3

God spoke and there was the universe. Sometimes we cant explain God. For he is greater than us. So much to a point- that we cant understand even if he told us.
No Slim i cant explain this. I have all my faith in God. There is no explaination for something this massive.
Even you know how massive our known universe is.. and we dont even know how big it actually is!!
We are soo small- our brains so weak we cannot understand. God can hold the universe in the palm of his hand.
You may be wondering why i said 'dearest' LOL. I said it because- even though i dont know you. I have this love for you through Christ. Since he loves you and he is within me- so do i love you and SO want you to go to heaven to be with Jesus. I try to explain this too many people- that there is such hope and forgiveness in God that it is overwhelming. What im trying to say is- that i care deeply about each and everyone on gotoquiz. And i cannot express that enough. :)
