When did God cast Lucifer out of heaven?
I need all of your opinions on this, and it is preferred that you have sources to back you up.
Thank you~! :3 -

From what I know, this happened before the creation of the world, since the first account of him in Genesis 3 shows he has clearly fallen. God is holy and perfect, and He is a Spirit (John 4:24) therefore heaven is a spiritual place filled with His presence.
From the very beginning God has been about relationship between Him and His creation. It is likely that the angels were created first within heaven, where they beheld God clearly. Though the angels were created to worship and love God, the devil wanted to destroy God, to take God's place and be worshipped himself. (Isaiah 14:12-19) In Ezekiel 28:12-19 he is described as the anointed cherub and that he had beauty, but his pride lead him to rebel against God and to see himself as more than what he is. He is the father of lies. (John 8:44)
God always has sought to have a people. Human beings are created lower than angels and we do not see God with our eyes the ways angels do. If a creation that beheld God and dwelled with Him chose to go against Him and seek evil instead of good, then wouldn't a creation that, although hasn't seen Him with physical eyes but truly seeks after Him in spirit, show a stronger bond and greater love toward God? Real love involves sacrifice and endures.
Ultimately rebelling against God and choosing evil (sin) brings death. It's cause and effect. The devil doesn't desire anything good for humanity. When Adam and Eve fell, he rejoiced that he was destroying what God loved and created. He poured out destruction on Job's life, wanting him to curse God and die. He tempted Jesus in the wilderness and rejoiced to see Him nailed to the cross. But God's wisdom is beyond any plan Satan tries to carry out. God made the way of salvation possible and Jesus has risen from the grave as King, and has defeated the power of death.
I hope this was helpful, though I know it's a lot of information. I had so many questions for the past nine years of my life and I never found any answers until I started seriously seeking them out and actually picked up the Bible.
GotQuestions is a pretty good site. This is where I found most of the specific verses.
If you have any more questions I would be happy to try and answer. -
Thank you~! :3
