No! God isn't dead because he is not alive! He has not born neither died! He is, but not alive!
-
Did you forget that a major part of Christianity is the fact that Jesus was both alive and then died?
Boy, you really look stupid now. -
But jesus is the son if god, correct? Or the embodyment of god at least. But god himself has no life or death, so nanashi it technically correct.
-
Jesus isn't God. The two are supposedly separate, aren't they?
-
Correct. From what i remember, jesus is the son of god.
-
Son of God and God himself, yes. Also, the Holy Spirit.
He's also his own person as well. It's hard to explain, the trinity is a difficult concept. -
I think it depends on which Christian denomination you're looking at because I went to a Catholic Church when I was little, and I was always taught that Jesus is the son of God, but not actually God.
-
-Jesus
-Not God in human form
Yea, let's listen to the guys who also believe that we need someone to intercede our prayers for us, like God only has time for important people and didn't explicitly tell us not to do that, why not? It's not like our souls are on the line.
Have you even read the Bible? Jesus says many, many times that he's God. Just because he's the Son doesn't mean he's any less God than the Father. And just because he's his own person doesn't mean he's not the same person as the Father or the Holy Spirit.
How can he even be the Son of God and not God without going against all the teachings of the Old Testament? Isn't it explicitly stated that there is only one God? So God having a Son that's also a God is blatantly false, and God having a Son that's not God makes Jesus a liar and a sinner. -
doris NewbieJESUS is God.
In human form.
Trinity is confussing.
GON IS NOT DEAD NEVER HAVE HE BEEN.
JESUS IN HUMAN FORM/FLESH CAME AND DIED AND HE RESSURETED.HAVE ANYONE APART FROM JESUS AND THE PEOPLE HE RESSUURETED,COME OUT OF THE GRAVE LIVING AFTER DEATH? ,IF SO TELL ME. -
Yo, you need to calm down Doris, buddy. No need for all the capital letters and incorrect grammar. You don't need to shout to make yourself heard here, you just need to have a sound argument.
That said, Elijah resurrected a dead child in 1 Kings to prove he was truly speaking for God. And did it again in 2 Kings to ensure that his blessing of a child to a childless family wasn't wasted prematurely. And he did it a third time after he was dead because God acts in mysterious ways. -
IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN EVERYBODY
-
Believing in something doesn't change objective fact. :p
-
I don't even believe that Jesus is the Son of God. He is a Prophet, just like other Prophets but less than Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him)
