oh. what does a moderator do?

They smite the pagans and heretics.

They can mark posts. (Anyone can except Newbies, but they have the highest impact when a post is marked.)

Except they don't smite Megan.

OK, so marking a post only matters if you are a moderator?

It can effect users posts but not as much as moderators.
