Something personal.
-
Yes, I personally know people who have it. While it forces them to maintain a fit lifestyle, I pity them in a way. There are so many things that they never will have the chance to try, and so many things that they do try that I have tried with them and feel a twinge of sadness because what they find to be excellent I find to be sub-par. But at the same time, I'm conflicted on my opinion of them. Because I feel that it would take something extreme like that for some of us to live a healthier lifestyle. And I envy them for doing it in a way that I perceive as easy, but know is not. So I'm conflicted in a way that I know I shouldn't be. And that is in itself almost poetic.

Your move non-palindromic cat.
-
Well that is not personal. Personal would be like if to had celiac.
That leads me to my point, you say that the words that Christians utter are worthless and meaningless. That is your own opinion, to a Christian they are talking about there absolute personal experience with the one who is in them. It may be worthless to you but other people have there own personal experience with it so it is full of meaning.
Much like how you can see the effect celiac has on people, but have not experienced it yourself. I have celiac so I know what is like.
Or* if someone went to a concert you didn't. You can say that it was dumb and pointless but you have not seen it for yourself so you could be living a lie thinking that the concert was horrible. The person who went to the concert and witnessed it hands on can come back and say that it was amazing, he was there so he would know.
Do you see my point? -
I do, but your metaphor is flawed. Because I've seen that concert before. I was a really big fan until I found out what the band was like.
-
If you were really, truly at that concert then you would have seen the joy and transcript of it all. Unless you couldn't stand the music. If you hated the music then I am going to have to say that logic is only as logical as the nearest deception. Hatred can be deceptive..
-
Are you seriously using the "Not a true Christian" argument? Holy f--- that's fallacious. I'm insulted.
-
No, I a just saying that the enemy likes to use a man's knowledge that he thinks is of him and twists his logic to turn away other instruction and doctrine.
-
It's late and I don't feel like deciphering cryptic bulls---. Please say what you mean in plain simple English.
-
That is about as plain as it gets.
-
Not really.
Define "enemy"
Define "Man's knowledge"
Define twists his logic"
Define "turn away"
Define "other instructions and doctrines."
Or when you say it's as plain as it gets, is that simply because you're parroting and don't know how to simplify it. As Einstein once said, You do not really understand something unless you can explain it to your grandmother. -
Satan
What you have knotted in your tiny brain
Uses your comprehending of logic against you.
To face the other direction
What you considered to be true about the Bible and God when you were a say, Christian.
Is that simple enough? -
So...
Satan likes to use what you have knotted in your tiny brain that he thinks is of him and Uses your comprehending of logic against you to face the other direction from what you considered to be true about the Bible and God when you were say, Christian.
It's simple sure, but let's simplify it more.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but what you're getting at is this;
Satan uses logic to turn me away from Christianity. -
False locic*
But Satan cannot do or force you to do anything. You chose to not accept God as true, he (or may I say A devi) pit little tiny seeds in your brain and yup allowed them to grow. -
You*
