Thread Topic: my spiritual views are becoming...interesting

First of all, I believe that the world is inherently random. I always have, and frankly that is the reason I am an atheist. If there were a God then there would be no glitches in the matrix of the universe, the idea that our entire existence happened spontaneously and without reason makes more sense in my opinion.
On top of that, I don't believe that free will exists. Every that happens is determined. I'm not sure how these two disparate sets of beliefs fit together, except to say that there is no such thing as causality. I'm really just scratching the surface here, I need to do some reading on David Hume again. -
If we knew both the momentum and the location of every particle in the universe we would be able to know everything that would ever happen.

That actually makes a lot of sense. Like the Big Bang happened randomly, then because of where each particle of matter "landed," the universe became what it is today. It all started randomly, but everything happens because of how it came to be, so while it is random it is still predestined.
