UnLoving NewbieI'm tired of all these whacko Christians.
*cough cough my family cough cough*
It's as if they are disappointed in me for not being the 100% crazy Christian churchy type. They force me to go to church and bible studies, instead of asking me what I want to do. And sometimes I feel like God is pressuring me too. Like I'm not good enough. I don't read my bible enough. I'm not involved with my church enough. And all this other s---.
But the thing is I'm a whacko Christian too. On the inside. I rage with anger when one of those vulgar, sinful songs play on the radio. I don't have any friends because I don't want to be influenced by any of their s--- or anything.
And I'm still not good enough.
I'm tired of having to be good enough for someone. -
UnLoving NewbieMy mother just got on my last nerve.
My schoolbooks are now in the garbage with my bible on top -
Satan loves me this I know,
For a demon told me so.
Sinful ones to him belong.
They are weak but he is strong.
Yes, Satan loves me.
Yes, Satan loves me.
Yes, Satan loves me,
a demon told me so. -
I find not only Christians but religions in general have a problem with independent thought.
-
^ I find this as well. Just in class they try to brainwash you. Pay attention to the terminology and visuals they use....

UnLoving Newbie@bob - he makes us think he loves us, we love him too, and before we know it his love is as strong as a fire burning every inch of your soul and he is forcing you to slowly suffer :D - A poem by UnLoving
@tongue - I don't believe in independent belief, really, but yes people are crazy they seem to have a problem with my life
@rascal - what do you mean? -
I mean religion teachers often compare homosexuality to pedophilia and/or cancer.

lovehorses99 NewbieWell I am a Christian to and I would say that don't be afraid to go out and make friends and tell them that you are a Christian and that you do not like them swearing or things like that. That is what I do and I find that it works
You don't have to be a "100% crazy Christian churchy type." to be a Christian sure it is good to go to church and bible study but those things will not get you to heaven! You just need to believe that Jesus died for you! -
UnLoving Newbie^ Thank you, that actually really inspired me a lot
The only thing is...I feel like I'm disappointing my mom or something by not being the "100% crazy Christian churchy type" (lol it's fun to write that) -
I'm a Christian, but I rarely go to church to be honest. My family is usually busy. But if being a Christian has taught me anything, it's that it doesn't matter when you don't go, it only matters when you do go. (Lol that sounded so cheesy but so true!)

UnLoving NewbieThanks :)

@UnLoving Your Welcome!
I would say about you feeling that your parents are disappointed, look THEY may be "disappointed" BUT Jesus is not! He will love you whatever happens :)
@Luna Siren You do not have to go to church to be a Christian! You can talk to God where ever you are! :) besides like I said... going to church and going good works will not get you to heaven
! you need to believe that Jesus died for you! -
UnLoving NewbieThank you that was really touching actually :)
-
Wait...What I said was touching??
-
UnLoving NewbieYes. I never thought of it that way :)
