For like a week, yes.
probably the lamest week I ever had, and I've had some lame weeks.

and frankly that's none of your business. My decisions are based upon what happens during the course of my life, not what happens in one stupid week. I've decided I don't need a false deity in my life. -
JesusIsTheWay Novice@Carri oh thanks. But He doesn't give it He takes it away. Your contradicting your self because of one 'stupid'/'lame' week you want to spend the rest of your life believing that, that way of life doesn't help you and hating a God you spent only one week trying to serve. Hhmm

That week was when i learned all about religion and Christianity, but the more I got into it, the darker and more disgusting it got. I continued to study it afterwards because I don't need people telling me i know nothing about it and should give it a go.
My entire life has been shambles, terrible things happened and frankly, there's been nothing that's turned me towards that basterdized diety. -
JesusIsTheWay Novice@Carri do you think that any other Christian's life is perfect? There was a woman who was a muslim that got married at a young was beaten up till she almost died and was divorced, she didn't get any pity from her relatives but was instead shipped off to marry another person who mistreated her and left her. My dear that lady came to know Christ and she didn't start questioning God and saying stuff like "If God is real where was He all those years when I was suffering?" no! She loves Him and serves Him and she has seen Him too. I was like that before at the first sight of trouble I would balk and run away and then run back to God but I'm tired of living like that. I want to be firm in the Lord. Also I don't what Christianity you were practising but there is no darkness in Christianity just beautiful light read Isiah 43:2 Jesus didn't say were not going to have problems but not only did He say we are going to have them but He is going to see us through please don't shut Him out.

Crusades? Hatred of homosexuals (even though the churh acknowledges homosexuality is natural, but idiots will be idiots)? Women as property (read Leviticus)? Basically doesn't accept others for who they are and what they believe? None of this counts as darkness? That's doesn't even account for all the people killed in the Bible story "Noah's Ark"...... The whole world in one story? What about all those other times God killed people in the Bible? And the tortured of Hell? God created us out of live, right? So why does He banish those who don't follow his every whim as a slave to Hell?
Wow, as a Christian I sure do disagree with a lot of other Christians..... I guess I just see things differently. -
